Uvalde police, college district now not cooperating with Texas probe of taking pictures: Sources

The Uvalde Police Division and the Uvalde Impartial College District police drive are not cooperating with the Texas Department of Public Security's investigation into the massacre at Robb Elementary Faculty and the state's assessment of the law enforcement response, a number of regulation enforcement sources tell ABC News.

The Uvalde police chief and a spokesperson for the Uvalde Impartial Faculty District didn't instantly reply to requests for comment from ABC Information.

Reached by ABC News, a spokesperson for the Texas Department of Public Safety mentioned, "The Uvalde Police Department and Uvalde CISD Police have been cooperating with investigators. The chief of the Uvalde CISD Police provided an preliminary interview but has not responded to a request for a follow-up interview with the Texas Rangers that was made two days ago."
