Wife crammed husband’s cellphone with baby porn in try and get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her kids that centered around loading hundreds of images of child pornography onto her husband’s telephone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have labored together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they might get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said according to the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Department on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the gadget and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn of their dwelling.

The police say that telephone had lots of of images of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, however they started to wonder why the telephone he was using didn't have any photos much like those Moore changed into them. That’s after they reportedly acquired a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ cellphone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore have been friends and had discussed carrying out the incident in advance.

After which Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially mentioned she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they were friends and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she never noticed the husband with the cellphone.

The husband instructed Police he had not seen his previous cellphone since last “October or November,” but “didn’t suppose an excessive amount of of it because it was not his main phone and didn't have service.”

Moore is going through expenses of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same costs as well as a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
