Spouse crammed husband’s phone with child porn in try to get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma woman hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading lots of of pictures of kid pornography onto her husband’s telephone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the wife, and Angel Moore, 44, her good friend, are alleged to have worked together to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they may get him out of the picture, then she thought she would get her children again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett stated in response to the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the system and stated she noticed Hucks’ husband using it to view baby porn of their house.

The police say that cellphone had tons of of photographs of “numerous juvenile victims.”

Police did arrest the husband, but they started to surprise why the telephone he was using did not have any photographs similar to those Moore changed into them. That’s once they reportedly bought a warrant to go looking Lacey Hucks’ telephone and that reportedly confirmed that she and Moore had been associates and had discussed carrying out the incident upfront.

And then Moore allegedly caved.

Police say that after she initially stated she didn’t know Hucks, she told them that they have been mates and that Hucks had coached her on what to do upfront of turning the cellphone in. She then, reportedly, admitted that she by no means saw the husband with the cellphone.

The husband advised Police he had not seen his outdated telephone since final “October or November,” but “didn’t think too much of it because it was not his major phone and didn't have service.”

Moore is going through charges of conspiracy and knowingly reporting a false crime, the Star-Telegram reported, and Hucks is going through the same costs in addition to a cost of aggravated possession of kid pornography.
