The Uvalde Police Department and the Uvalde Independent School District police pressure are now not cooperating with the Texas Division of Public Security's investigation into the bloodbath at Robb Elementary Faculty and the state's evaluation of the regulation enforcement response, multiple legislation enforcement sources tell ABC Information.

The Uvalde police chief and a spokesperson for the Uvalde Independent College District didn't instantly respond to requests for comment from ABC News.

In keeping with sources, the decision to cease cooperating occurred soon after the director of DPS, Col. Steven McCraw, held a news convention Friday during which he stated the delayed police entry into the classroom was "the fallacious resolution" and opposite to protocol.
