BARNSTEAD, N.H. -- A person was arrested Friday after multiple indicators saying "school shooter" have been present in Barnstead, Epsom, and Pittsfield, New Hampshire, the state's Department of Security announced. Guy Hanson, 61, of Pittsfield, faces a number of costs.

Hanson allegedly positioned the indicators across the communities, the Division of Safety stated, however they decided there is no such thing as a credible menace right now.
The New Hampshire Department of Safety is investigating signs that read 'school shooter!' which have been found in multiple communities New Hampshire Division of SafetyOne such sign was written on a paper plate. The safety department launched a photo of the plate however blurred a part of it "to protect the integrity of the investigation."
Hanson was arrested on a felony charge of prison threatening and three misdemeanor prices together with false report back to legislation enforcement, false public alarm and criminal threatening. He's being held in Merrimack County Jail pending a listening to scheduled for Tuesday.
No other suspects have been charged presently.
