Juveniles Crash Stolen Automotive Near White House: Officials – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles have been injured Monday after crashing a stolen car into a concrete security barrier close to the White Home, the U.S. Secret Service mentioned.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to tug over the car about 6:30 p.m., however the driver took off.

The automobile slammed right into a concrete barrier and a telephone pole at seventeenth Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officials mentioned.

Video reveals a silver sedan partly crumpled in the front across the street from a Secret Service guard post, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the road.

There were two juveniles in the car. Both were taken to a hospital and at the moment are in stable condition, officers stated. We do not know their exact ages.

They’re anticipated to face charges.
