Juveniles Crash Stolen Automotive Near White House: Officials – NBC4 Washington

Two juveniles have been injured Monday after crashing a stolen car right into a concrete safety barrier close to the White Home, the U.S. Secret Service mentioned.

A Secret Service spokesperson tells News4 that officers tried to tug over the automotive about 6:30 p.m., but the driver took off.

The automobile slammed into a concrete barrier and a telephone pole at 17th Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue NW, officials mentioned.

Video exhibits a silver sedan partly crumpled within the entrance throughout the street from a Secret Service guard submit, plus a concrete barrier pushed into the road.

There have been two juveniles within the car. Each had been taken to a hospital and are actually in stable situation, officials mentioned. We don't know their actual ages.

They’re expected to face costs.

D.C. police are investigating.
