Bay Area cop charged with masturbating in entrance of family during domestic violence name

A Bay Space police officer has been charged with masturbating in front of a family that known as police during a fraught domestic violence name.

The Santa Clara County District Legal professional’s Office has charged Matthew Dominguez, 32, with a misdemeanor indecent publicity after responding to a restraining order name on the evening of April 21.

An unidentified individual whose household put a domestic violence restraining order against him had allegedly violated the order and was at the household’s house, in line with a press release of details provided by the District Attorney’s Workplace.

Dominguez is on administrative depart following the incident, the District Legal professional’s Workplace mentioned. His arraignment is scheduled for June 22.
